Lyrelle Microcurrent Facial Sculptor
- A tighter, more defined jawline in the mirror
- Five minutes at your own sink. Not an hour across town
- One payment instead of $300 every month
- Three modes: tone, sculpt, glow
Does it hurt?
No. Most people describe a faint tingle or a light warmth, and plenty feel almost nothing at all on the lowest mode. Start on mode one for the first few days.
How often should I use it?
Five minutes a day. Mornings suit most people because it fits either side of washing your face. More than once a day doesn't help, consistency does.
Do I need to buy gel or refills?
No. Nothing to reorder, ever. Slightly damp skin or whatever serum you already use is enough. Most devices in this category need a conductive gel you keep buying.
Where on my face can I use it?
Jawline, cheeks, neck and brow. Work upward and outward, slowly. Avoid the eyelids and directly under the eyes.
Don't use it if you have a pacemaker or implanted electrical device, if you're pregnant, or over broken or irritated skin.

Not a massager. A current.
Microcurrent isn't new. Clinics have used it since the 1980s — a current so low you can barely feel it, close to the level your own body already runs on.
The difference is where it works. Creams and serums sit on the surface. A roller or a stone presses on it. Microcurrent passes through, to the layer of muscle underneath that gives your face its shape.
That's why five minutes does more than fifteen minutes of pressing on your own skin.
Most people describe a faint tingle. Plenty feel nothing at all on the lowest mode.
Three modes at roughly two minutes each. That's the entire routine, every day.
The third mode adds warmth and red light on top of the current.
No gel, no cartridges, no refills. Damp skin is enough. Charges over USB-C.

Went back and forth on the kit for like a day and honestly just get it. The masks are really good and it wasn't much more. I use the device in the morning and do a mask on Sundays. My face doesn't look swollen when I wake up anymore which I wasn't even expecting.
Glow Kit
I had a standing facial appointment for almost two years and I cancelled it last month. Five minutes at my own sink is doing what an hour across town was doing. I'm not paying three hundred dollars again to sit in traffic first.
Microcurrent Sculptor
Four stars only because it took me about a week before I really saw anything and I almost gave up after two days. Wish they'd said that somewhere. Once it kicked in though I've used it every morning since. Glad I got the kit, the masks are genuinely nice.
Glow Kit
Did one side of my face the first night because I fully thought it was going to be a gimmick. Then I stood in the bathroom comparing both sides for way too long. Ordered a second one for my sister that same week.
